We developed and launched WQ in 2010 with the aim of creating an inclusive culture and ‘oneness’ for 5,000 RBS Wealth staff, who work across four different brands (including Coutts & Co) in the UK and international locations.
Audience engagement is impressive, with a 98% reader approval rating in an online survey carried out after issue 2. Readers love the design and, more importantly, the way the carefully structured content communicates important executive messages at a time of unprecedented change.
The publication received the 'Award of Excellence' after being shortlisted as newsmagazine of the year in the Institute of Internal Communication 2011 awards.
