Going global with Lacoste

Building on our long-standing relationship with Lacoste’s UK footwear division, Speak Media has been selected as a lead content partner by the brand’s global marketing team in Paris.

The move will see our content and copy team take a central role in seasonal activations, beginning with the SS19 footwear catalogue­ – a tool the brand’s sales team uses to present to buyers in luxury boutiques and department stores.

For this project, our team of fashion copywriters and editors first transformed the vision of Lacoste’s footwear designers into bespoke product descriptions for more than 150 unique styles. We then tied the seasonal narrative together with themed Breaker Pages – crafting long-form introductions for the ‘hero’ products and sub-collections using stylised editorial copy.     

While details remain top secret until launch next year, the season is an exciting one – led by a chunky nostalgia-driven trainer with a bold silhouette that will turn heads, plus elegant updates to the classics.
