Marketing manager (p/t)
Our growing team needs a creative, content-minded marketing manager – initially project-based, with the potential to develop as a vital part of our leadership team.
We are looking for a senior B2B marketing manager with creative/content agency experience to develop and launch an effective marketing strategy that will help Speak Media realise its ambitious growth plans for 2019.
Reporting directly to Speak Media’s Client Services Director, and working closely with our Strategy and Business Development team, you’ll help:
Strengthen and consolidate our unique market positioning within the ‘content’ industry
Build a pipeline of prospects to support our ambitious and clearly defined growth strategy
While essentially offering an open brief for a strategically-minded, ‘content-first’ marketer, we’d expect you to come up with a raft of ambitious ideas about how to make the most of owned and social media platforms, as well as exploring new approaches to paid content, events, podcasts and other channels.
The successful candidate will have:
Proven track record of marketing for creative/content agencies
Wide-ranging expertise in key marketing channels include social, video, paid, events
Ability to review and recommend improvements to online content based on website analytics and SEO
The ability to manage relationships at a senior level
Flexibility and calmness under pressure along with strong written skills
